Huxley’s Freak out Box
Today is Sun, June 19th. Huxley is back with a twist on his freakouts - he is now taking out his energy, it would seem, on any cat that crosses his path. He's been going after Jazzy, Bob, his sister Hennessey...etc. Right now he's lying motionless on the bed, flat on his back, belly exposed thinking he's all cute, sweet and innocent (see pic), but we know better....

How do you economize so much on cat fudz and toys? ha ha ha!
I can relate on the money spent on cat food/treats!!! I calculated the Walmart bill for a month–and it was 30% of the total–which was not ALL groceries!!!! (we have 5 at the moment, though, not totally by choice!)

They are our babies, so as we’re sure you know, you just a find way to make it work, money wise. Sometimes you have to “deny” yourself stuff, make sacrificies. You buy Little Debbies instead of Enternmann’s. You buy store brand instead of name brand. At least with oatmeal and cans of tomato sauce! But we don’t pretend to have all the answers so if anyone has any suggestions to help stretch that cat food dollar, just let us know!! And to Laura, as you accumulate more cats…guess what’s going to happen to that 30% number?! Go ahead…take a wild stab in the dark!!
